Terms of Service
PAYMENT, TAX, CUSTOMS DUTY AND RELATED CHARGES⭐PAYMENT: Currently we only accept payment via PayPal. Orders will not be processed and shipped until funds are cleared. Any refund (full or partial) will be issued via PayPal as well.
⭐ TAX, CUSTOMS DUTY, AND RELATED CHARGES: All these fees are not included in the price you pay. But currently we ship to the destinations where the recipients don't need to pay all these fees.
CANCELLATIONS
⭐CANCELLATIONS: As a small business, we can't accept cancellations. A large portion of our items are made to order, the procedure of preparation is irreversible. Please think twice or just contact us with any questions before purchasing! We appreciate your kind understandings!
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
⭐SHIPPING: All the parcels are Registered Parcel with tracking numbers which is a protection for both the sellers and the buyers. We provide a tracking number from our shipping agent, meanwhile there is another tracking number created from the last mile courier (USPS, Royal Mail, etc.) in the destination country. The shipping agent will optimize their choice on varied couriers by season.
⭐DELIVERY: Please make sure your address and zip code is correct and deliverable, we're not responsible for any failed delivery due to incorrect shipping information. The tracking will show 'Delivered' or 'Out for delivery' as a proof of delivery. Please note that the address can't be altered upon the parcel being handed to our shipping agent. The last mile couriers will deliver your parcels by following your local delivery instructions. In most countries (Australia, Germany, etc.), they don't provide free redelivery services. If the first delivery attempt failed and they can't get in touch with you, the parcel will directly be returned to their oversea warehouse (not return to us). Parcel redelivery service cost much, but parcel disposal is free.
LOST, FAULTY OR DAMAGED
⭐LOST: A parcel will be identified as lost by the shipping agent 60 days after an order has been placed.
⭐FAULTY OR DAMAGED: It rarely happens. We carefully check every item and take photos before packaging. If you meet the situation of DOA (dead on arrival), please contact us immediately with details of the fault or damage and a few photos of the packaging/item. We can't file a damage claim without some proofs.
EXCHANGE, RETURN AND REFUND
⭐EXCHANGE: We don't provide exchanges since the international transit time is too long.
⭐RETURN: All items are real shot displayed. If you don't like your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and ship items back within 7 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please use a trackable shipping for the return. We will refund you the items cost (excluding shipping cost) when we receive the item in its original condition. Please note that we can't accept returns for any holiday items. (Christmas, Chinese New Year etc.)
⭐REFUND: We refund for items lost (fully refund), faulty or damaged (fully refund) and returned (partially refund). Please note that we don't provide SLOW TRANSIT REFUNDS since international shipping is totally beyond our control, the transit time is primarily subject to your customs and your local delivery system.
